DISCOVER THE AD€

General information

The AD€ association

Unlike most existing numismatic associations, the association does not specialise in a particular geographical area, but in a particular currency: the Euro.

It is the largest French numismatic association in terms of membership: 1157 to date.

It is an association dedicated to collectors, offering a wide range of services, and has a website to relay information between members: https://www.amisdeleuro.org/

Membership of the association is primarily intended to help collect and cross-check information, and to support the development of the various services offered by the association. An annual membership fee of 15 euros (50 euros for numismatic clubs) or a lifetime membership fee of 225 euros covers operating costs.

COLLECTION

Grouped orders

ON AN OCCASIONAL BASIS, the association groups orders from its members for new series, plaques and commemorative boxes as and when they are released. This makes it possible to obtain the lowest price for everyone by finding out, from members' information, where the lowest price is in Europe, and to save on postage costs by grouping orders. This order grouping service is only open to logged-in members, who are notified by personal e-mail of the release of a new series and the organisation of an order grouping. Four to six group orders are planned each year, depending on the issues.

Boxes bearing the AD€ logo

Every year since 2007, the association has issued a limited edition box bearing the association's logo. In 2009, a token was issued on the theme of "10 years of the Euro - Friends of the Euro"; in 2010, a "banknotes" box was launched.

Press and corporate partnerships

A list of partner companies enables members to benefit from discounts on numismatic equipment and books.

Members of the association are also entitled to discounted subscriptions to the Numismatique & Change magazine.
