The AD€ association is resolutely committed to «Zero paper», and for three reasons:
- For the environment first of all: less paper means less pollution.
- For reasons of time: our volunteers spend less time processing digital information than paper information.
- For cost reasons: emails cost less than paper!
We therefore encourage our members to use digital channels for communication whenever possible, both among themselves and with the volunteer team.
A few practical applications:
As part of group orders, all orders are placed exclusively online. For payments, the option to pay by credit card is available. For payments by cheque, simply write your surname, first name and membership number on the back, and slip it into the envelope without adding any accompanying letter.
Contribution notices are sent in digital format.
The management of the association is carried out digitally: reports, contacts (...) are almost exclusively handled by computer, always with the aim of reducing paper.
