FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This page lists the most common questions and problems you may encounter when using the various features of the site or the forum. It has been designed to provide you with quick answers while optimising the workload of our volunteers, so please only contact them as a last resort, and don't forget to include your member number.

    1. Membership renewal
        • Question 1.1 : I haven't renewed my membership on time, can I still do so?
          Response: Your membership fee is valid until 31 January of the following year. Before and after this date, you can pay for the new year's membership in your member area, then My account/My information/Contribution: 

        • Question 1.2: On some pages, I get the message "You do not have the necessary rights".
          Response: You are not logged in or you have not paid your membership fee (see R1).
           
        • Question 1.3: I paid my membership fee by cheque or bank transfer a few days ago and I still haven't received my login details. Is this normal?
          Response: Yes, this is normal, as our treasurer needs time to process requests. You will be informed by email when your request has been processed, and we strongly advise you to pay by credit card, as the registration process is immediate. However, if you have any problems paying your membership fee, please write to tresorier@amisdeleuro.org.

      • Question 1.4 : I've renewed my subscription by credit card and I still can't use the site's services.
        Response: Check that you have not paid your membership fee by crediting your group orders account (CCG). In this case, write to our treasurer at tresorier@amisdeleuro.org.

 

    1. Membership card
        • Question 2.1: How do I get my membership card?
          Response: As soon as your account is activated, you can access your membership card from your Member Area, then My account/My information/Subscriptions. It is available in PDF format opposite the years for which you have subscribed.

      • Question 2.2: What is the purpose of my membership card?
        Response: Your membership card can entitle you to discounts or even free admission to certain numismatic events, as well as discounts with certain AD€ partner professionals (see list). here. It is available in PDF format, so you can present it as it is on your mobile device or print it out.

 

    1. Identification and personal information on the main site 
        • Question 3.1: I can't remember my password to access the site. Who do I contact?
          Response: In the Member Area, below the fields for entering your login and password, there is a link entitled "Forgot your password? All you have to do is enter the email address by which you registered, and an email will be sent to you with a link that you can click to reset your password.

        • Question 3.2: I've requested an email to be sent to reset my password, but I haven't received a message. What should I do?
          Response: First of all, make sure that the message has not been considered undesirable by your e-mail service. If this is not the case, contact our secretary at : secretaire@amisdeleuro.org.

        • Question 3.3: How do I change my password?
          Response: You can change your password from your Member Area, then My account/My information/Password. Please note that changing your password will change both your password for the association's website and your password for your account. https://www.amisdeleuro.org but also that of the forum https://www.amisdeleuro.org/forum/.

        • Question 3.4: I've changed my email address or moved house since I registered. How can I change my details?
          Response: You can change your email and personal address from your Member Area, then My account/My information/Other information. Please note that if you change your email address on the site, you must write to secretaire@amisdeleuro.org so that the change can also be posted on the forum, if you have an account.

      • Question 2.1: How do I get my membership card?
        Response: As soon as your account is activated, you can access your membership card from your Member Area, then My account/My information/Subscriptions. It is available in PDF format opposite the years for which you have subscribed.

 

    1. Forum
        • Question 4.1: I can't remember my password for the forum.
          Response: The password for the site and the forum are identical. If you can't remember it, write to secretaire@amisdeleuro.org.

      • Question 4.2: I'd like to change my username on the forum. What should I do?
        Response: Only the secretary can make this change, please write to secretaire@amisdeleuro.org.

 

  1. Grouped orders
      • Question 5.1: I have placed my order but have not received a confirmation email.
        Response: The message we have sent you may have been considered undesirable. Check your order history in your personal space (Home/Bundle account/Consult my account). If you can't find your order in the list, you probably haven't validated the last stage of your order. Enter your order again.

      • Question 5.2: I have placed my order but have not yet received it.
        Response: Orders are only placed with our suppliers once all our members' orders have been placed and paid for. They are then sent to our volunteer shippers. The sending volunteers have hundreds of orders to prepare, in their own time, to serve you, so they need to be patient and inundating them with emails only slows down the process.       • Question 5.4: Who should I send my group order to if I want to send it by post?
        Response: Group orders must be placed exclusively via the site's group orders module at this address http://www.amisdeleuro.org/fr/commandes. Orders placed by any other means will not be taken into account.

    • Question 5.5 : I've made a mistake on my order and I'd like to make a correction. What should I do?
      Response : For any corrections, please write to directeur.collection@amisdeleuro.org as soon as possible and no later than the end date for opening the Grouped Order, as indicated in the Information Letter.
