In the heart, the silhouette of France PRESEREN, 1800-1849, the greatest Slovenian author of the poem "Zdravlijica" (literally the toast, the seventh stanza of which became Slovenia's anthem). Under the silhouette, the facsimile of the first words of the poem "Shivé naj vfi narodi" in an arc from ten o'clock to five o'clock, the name FRANCE PRESEREN.
